1. How does Jesus handle the priests and the scribes questioning his authority?
2. How does Jesus’ question in v 3-4 give an account of where Christ authority is from?
3. Why do you think Jesus refuses to tell them by what authority he does these things?

REREAD: Luke 20:9-19

1. Who is represented in the Parable?

   • The Man who planted the vineyard

   • The Tenant Farmers

   • The Slaves Sent

   • The son of the vineyard owner

2. What is the reaction of the priests and the scribes to hearing this parable?

3. What does Jesus declare about himself via this parable?

4. How should we interpret verse 18? If Jesus is the cornerstone, both of those options sound bad right?
